3. Third-Party Data Sharing

Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to the following third-party AI services for content generation:

Meshy (meshy.ai) — Text-to-3D and image-to-3D generation
Tripo (tripo3d.ai) — Text-to-3D and image-to-3D generation
DeepSeek / Monica — Prompt optimization and stat generation

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies before using the Service.

3a. Payments & Billing Information

If you purchase credits, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). We do not store full credit-card numbers or banking details. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes:

Billing name, email address, and country
Card or wallet details (handled by their PCI-DSS provider)
IP address and device fingerprint for fraud prevention
Tax-relevant information (e.g. VAT ID, region)

We receive a webhook containing only the order ID, your account identifier, the credit pack purchased, status, and the order amount, which we use to credit your account, render receipts, and reconcile refunds. See Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for full details on their handling of payment data.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Generated 3D models are stored in Supabase Storage. We retain data for as long as the Service is operational.

5. Anonymous Accounts & Sign-In

By default, all users are anonymous — no email or personal information is required to use the Service. You may optionally sign in with an email address or Google account to create a persistent profile. If you provide an email, it is stored securely by Supabase Auth and used only for authentication and account recovery. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

6. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings › Delete Account. This removes your profile, all generated assets (images, videos, 3D models), submissions, votes, and credit history from our servers. Deletion is irreversible.

Clearing your browser cookies only ends your local session — it does not delete any server-side data. Use the in-app deletion flow for complete removal.

7. Cookies

We use browser cookies and localStorage for authentication sessions and language preferences. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
